The SP34N is a compact 34 ft electric narrow articulating boom lift built for high-performance access in confined industrial environments.

With a 33 ft working height, 21 ft of horizontal outreach and a narrow 4 ft 11 in chassis, the SP34N delivers exceptional reach from a true narrow-aisle platform. Designed for warehouses, manufacturing facilities and indoor applications, it combines drive-at-height capability with zero-emission operation at height, maximizing productivity while supporting modern jobsite air quality and sustainability requirements.

Compact Design and Maximum Maneuverability

The SP34N features a tight 11 ft 6 in turning radius and super-efficient all-electric drive motors for smooth, precise control in confined spaces. Its low-weight design, starting at just 7,670 lbs, allows operation on a wider range of floor surfaces and elevated slabs while reducing transport requirements, associated fuel consumption and overall fleet operating costs.

With a 500 lb platform capacity and the rugged ToughCage, the platform comfortably accommodates two operators plus tools. Fully proportional controls provide smooth operation, while the telescopic upper boom enables accurate positioning throughout the working envelope.

Power Options: All-Electric or Diesel-Electric

The SP34N is available as either an All-Electric or Diesel-Electric boom lift, giving operators flexibility while maintaining zero-emission operation at height.

All-Electric (SP34NE)

The All-Electric SP34NE delivers clean, quiet, zero-emission operation, making it ideal for indoor use, emission-sensitive environments and facilities with strict air quality requirements. With no exhaust emissions during operation, it supports compliance with workplace safety standards and corporate sustainability initiatives.

Powered by maintenance-free AGM batteries, it delivers up to 75 Standard Duty Cycles (SDCs), equivalent to approximately five typical working days on a single charge.

This efficient electric drive system reduces energy consumption, noise levels and maintenance requirements, making it an excellent fit for rental fleets, distribution centers and facility maintenance teams.

Diesel-Electric (SP34NDE)

The Diesel-Electric SP34NDE delivers the same zero-emission operation at height, with the added advantage of an onboard engine that can recharge the batteries on site when needed. During elevated operation, the machine runs on battery power, significantly reducing fuel consumption and emissions compared to conventional diesel-only boom lifts.

The engine functions as a generator, extending runtime where access to shore power is limited. This configuration is ideal for long shifts, multi-day projects and jobsites without reliable electrical infrastructure, helping improve fleet utilization and reduce unplanned downtime.

Smart Monitoring and Reduced Downtime

The SP34N includes battery monitoring and protection systems to optimize performance and extend service life. Onboard diagnostics at both the ground and platform controls enable faster troubleshooting, while Niftylink® telematics provides real-time insight into machine health, usage and location to improve utilization and reduce unplanned downtime.

Built-In Safety as Standard

Safety is integral to the SP34N. It includes Niftylift’s award-winning SiOPS® (Sustained Involuntary Operation Prevention System), which immediately stops machine movements if the operator is pushed against the control console.

Additional safety features include hydraulic check valves, fail-safe braking systems, a tilt alarm system and an independent auxiliary descent system from the ground controls.
