Vertikal Days returns to Newark Showground on Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 September 2026, and Niftylift will be there on Stand 227.
We are bringing eighteen machines to Newark this year. Trailer mounts, self-propelled booms, self-drive and tracked models will all be on the stand, with room to walk between them, get a proper look at the engineering and talk to the people who design and build them. It is a line-up that will fill every corner of the plot.
Three world debuts
Three of the machines on Stand 227 have never been seen in public before.

The first is the all-new HR10, a 10m All-Electric compact boom, and we are bringing it in two versions. The HR10NE is built for narrow access: warehouse aisles, occupied buildings, and sites where plant is already installed. The HR10LE is built for low weight: raised access floors and anywhere the floor rules out a heavier machine. Both are prototypes, making their first public appearance, and both will be inside their own enclosure on the stand with full specifications available for visitors. Chassis and boom are new designs, derived from the HR12 family rather than the HR10 that preceded them.
The other two debuts are new power options for machines you already know. The HR21E Hydrogen-Electric brings fuel cell power to a proven Nifty platform, and the HR22SE Diesel-Electric extends our diesel-electric drivetrain into a larger machine. Both will be on the stand for you to inspect and discuss with our engineers.

A second life for older machines
The HR12N Bi-Energy MK1 on the stand is not a new machine. It is a refurbished one, rebuilt to demonstrate what is possible when a Nifty boom reaches the end of its first working life. Extending the service life of existing machines is one of the most effective things our industry can do to reduce its environmental impact, and this machine shows the standard a properly executed refurbishment can reach. If you have older Nifty equipment in your fleet, it is worth a look.

The bar will be open across both days with beer, cider and wine, and this year we are adding freshly cooked German hot dogs to the menu. Come and find us, take the weight off and talk machines.

Vertikal Days is free to attend and open from 10:00 to 17:30 on Wednesday 9 September and from 10:00 to 16:00 on Thursday 10 September. Newark Showground is at Lincoln Road, Winthorpe, Newark, NG24 2NY, with free on-site parking. Registering in advance will speed up your entry: you can register free on the Vertikal Days website.
