About Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeships
Niftylift offers various Engineering Training Programmes, which all include a College-based Apprenticeship & an In-House Training Plan:
- Level 2 Trainee Manufacturing Operative
- Level 3 Trainee Manufacturing Technician
- Level 3 Technical Support Technician
What are the benefits of a Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeship?
The Niftylift training programme provides many benefits and opportunities. The work-based learning program offers high-quality on-the-job training, paid at a competitive rate, with additional benefits. The off-the-job training is undertaken at Milton Keynes College, where you will study to gain an industry-recognised qualification.
Who can apply for a Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeship?
The Niftylift Engineering Training Programme/Apprenticeship Schemes are available for anyone over 16 qualified at GCSE level or with an equivalent Level 2 qualification. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. What can a Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeship lead to?
On successful completion of a Training Programme/Apprenticeship, all individuals will have the opportunity to continue their studies, with the possibility (reviewed individually based upon grades and business requirements) of achieving any of the following qualifications:
- Diploma
- HNC (Higher National Certificate)
- HND (Higher National Diploma)
- BEng (Degree in Engineering)
Following the successful completion of a 4 Year Training Programme/Apprenticeship, there will be various permanent career opportunities within the following Niftylift departments:
