Niftylift Ltd offer Graduate Opportunities for enthusiastic and capable graduate engineers, who have successfully completed a relevant engineering degree looking to join a dynamic, innovative work environment.
Successful applicants will be enrolled on the Niftylift Monitored Professional Development Scheme and gain experience towards the UKSPEC engineering competencies needed for professional status.
The scheme is accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is a great way to develop real-world skills in a structured learning environment. The scheme supports development towards Chartered and Incorporated registration, and its accreditation by the Institution of Engineering and Technology is planned for 2013.
What's involved?
Graduates will typically begin their career with Niftylift with a brief rotation through the company's departments. This provides the graduate with a general awareness of the business and an understanding of how the different stakeholders interact. The graduate will then move into their chosen discipline working on project within the company's ambitious new product development programme.
