Successful applicants will be enrolled in the Niftylift Monitored Professional Development Scheme and gain experience in the UKSPEC engineering competencies needed for professional status.
The Institution of Mechanical Engineers accredits the scheme, which is a great way to develop real-world skills in a structured learning environment and supports development towards Chartered and Incorporated.
What's involved?
Graduates will typically begin their career with Niftylift with a brief rotation through the company's departments. This provides the graduate with a general awareness of the business and an understanding of how the different stakeholders interact. The graduate will then move into their chosen discipline working on project within the company's ambitious new product development programme.
