RC Nifty Challenge 2024-25 Launch Event
Niftylift hosted the launch event for its 24-25 RC Nifty Challenge, inspiring students from eight Milton Keynes schools to engage in STEM with an exciting engineering competition.

On the 6th of November, Niftylift proudly hosted the launch event for the RC Nifty Challenge 2024-25 at our Shenley Wood headquarters. Now in its second year, this inspiring initiative invites students from eight Milton Keynes schools to explore the world of engineering through STEM-focused activities and a hands-on design competition.
The RC Nifty Challenge is designed to spark interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, encouraging students to pursue these subjects and consider careers in engineering. For Niftylift, this is also an opportunity to connect with the next generation of talent and showcase the rewarding opportunities available within the company.

Introduction to the RC Nifty Challenge
Students were welcomed with a detailed overview of the challenge, including its timeline, competition rules, and what to expect on competition day in April 2025.
Tour of the Niftylift Factory
Students and teachers were given a behind-the-scenes look at our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities, gaining insight into how our innovative products are designed and built.
Familiarisation with the RC Nifty Website Portal
Teams were shown how to navigate the RC Nifty portal, where they can find valuable resources and communicate directly with our dedicated RC Nifty team.
Careers Talk
Our team shared information about engineering careers at Niftylift, highlighting our highly regarded apprenticeship scheme and the diverse opportunities available to young engineers.
Distribution of Project Boxes
Each team received their project box containing RC Nifty model kits, a comprehensive parts list, and step-by-step assembly instructions to begin their journey.
