Niftylift is proud to announce its celebration of the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, which recognises the company’s remarkable export achievements. The award, one of the highest honours a UK business can achieve, highlights Niftylift’s sustained international growth and innovation.
On November 29th, Niftylift hosted a reception at its headquarters in Shenley Wood, Milton Keynes, to commemorate this milestone. During the event, His Majesty’s Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, Sir Francis Habgood, DL QPM, formally presented the award to Niftylift’s Managing Director, John Keely.
A Global Success Story
The King’s Award recognises Niftylift’s export success, with year-on-year growth over the past three years. The company now supplies its innovative mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) to over 70 countries, helping customers worldwide work safely and sustainably at height.
John Keely, Managing Director, said:
"This award is a testament to the hard work and innovation of our team. Over the last three years, we’ve seen tremendous growth in international sales, which now span more than 70 countries. We remain committed to providing innovative, sustainable solutions that meet the demands of the global powered access market."
Pioneering Innovation and Sustainability
The event also shone a spotlight on Niftylift’s dedication to sustainability and cutting-edge technology. The company’s hydrogen-electric MEWP, the HR15 H2E, recently won Product of the Year at the International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs), further cementing its position as a global leader in powered access solutions.
Roger Bowden, Niftylift’s Chairman and Founder, added:
"As a UK-based manufacturer, we are proud to have built a strong reputation for quality and innovation that resonates globally. While our reach extends across continents, our roots remain firmly in the UK, where we continue to support the powered access industry and provide meaningful opportunities for our local community in Milton Keynes."
Looking Ahead
The King’s Award for Enterprise is a significant milestone in Niftylift’s ongoing journey of excellence. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and global growth, Niftylift is committed to shaping the future of the powered access industry.
