1. Niftylift serial numbers have a prefix (which can be numbers or letters to signify the type of machine) followed by the serial number itself. e.g.

### / 12345
Or
VM - 12345

1. To search for a machine enter the serial number in the box and click "Search" (you do not need to enter the prefix).
2. If you are unsure of your machine's serial number, you will find it on the machine's Serial Plate.
