Saluting Our Forces – Armed Forces Day 2025

Niftylift staff at Shenley Wood came together to mark Armed Forces Day 2025 with a group salute alongside our hydrogen-electric boom lifts and a classic military vehicle.

Each year, Armed Forces Day offers a chance to show support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community – from serving personnel and veterans to reservists, cadets, and military families.

To mark the occasion this year, Niftylift staff at our Shenley Wood headquarters gathered outside for a group photo to ‘Salute Our Forces’.

The photo features members of our office and production teams standing proudly next to George Jackson’s Daimler Ferret MK1/2, a classic British armoured reconnaissance vehicle, kindly brought in for the occasion by George from our Product Development team.

Also pictured are our HR15 H₂E and HR17 H₂E boom lifts – the world’s first MEWPs to incorporate hydrogen fuel cell technology. These two pioneering models symbolise the future of sustainable access, proudly manufactured here in the UK.
