Niftylift is proud to introduce the TM40S, a new 40ft towable stick-boom designed to deliver full working performance without compromise.
The TM40S will officially debut at the ARA Show in Orlando, taking place March 2–4. Visitors will be able to see the machine up close and discover how it combines compact towing dimensions with serious jobsite capability.
Full capacity at full outreach
The TM40S lifts two operators and their tools to a 40 ft platform height or 33 ft of working outreach, while maintaining a full 500 lb safe working load across the entire working envelope.
Unlike some competitive machines that reduce capacity at maximum outreach or restrict outreach when fully loaded, the TM40S delivers full capacity at full reach. This unrestricted working envelope gives operators predictable, consistent performance every time.
Telescopic stick-boom precision
Built with a telescopic boom design, the TM40S provides direct, efficient positioning at height. The stick-boom configuration supports smooth extension and retraction, helping operators reach their work area quickly and accurately.
With a 46 ft 6 in working height, it is well-suited to building maintenance, electrical and signage work, HVAC installation, tree care, and light construction tasks.
Fast setup with hydraulic outriggers
The TM40S is equipped with hydraulic outriggers for fast, stable setup on site. Once deployed, the machine provides strong working stability while maintaining compact stowed dimensions for transport between jobs.
Its low-weight design supports straightforward towing, helping rental fleets and contractors move efficiently from site to site.
Smooth, controlled operation
Fully proportional hydraulic controls provide smooth and accurate positioning at height. This supports confident operation and improved precision, whether the machine is in a rental fleet or owner-operated.
Flexible power options
The TM40S is available with battery power or Petrol/Gas bi-energy.
Battery power enables quiet, zero-emission operation for indoor or noise-sensitive environments. The bi-energy option adds an onboard engine to recharge on site, supporting longer workdays and greater flexibility.
Engineered for durability
Fitted with Niftylift’s ToughCage platform, the TM40S is built for demanding environments. The spacious platform measures 4 ft x 2 ft 5 in and is rated for two occupants plus tools, delivering real-world productivity.
