1 Relationships:
Liaison with: Senior Managers, Design Engineers, Project Engineers, Quality Engineers, Production Engineers, Development Technicians, Lead Engineers, Project Managers and Production Technicians,
2 Main Purpose of Job:
The Undergraduate Project Manager will support with the planning, management, and delivery of large business critical projects at Niftylift.
3 Main Tasks of Job:
- Measure project performance and make recommendations to support project decisions.
- Create project documentation.
- Prepare, manage, and communicate project schedules.
- Monitor and assist with the prioritisation of project activities.
- Help identify and monitor potential project risks and develop plans to resolve them.
- Communicate with people across the business to develop working relationships and manage their project expectations.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role and the organisation’s overall business objectives.
4 Qualifications & Experience:
· Knowing project management methodology
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Working towards Engineering degree.

· Decision making ability and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· An effective team member
· Good attention to detail.
· Organisational and planning ability using your own initiative.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
