Niftylift offers various Engineering Training Programmes which all include a College-based Apprenticeship & an In-House Training Plan:
- Level 2 Trainee Manufacturing Technician
- Level 3 Trainee Manufacturing Technician

What are the benefits of a Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeship?
The Niftylift training programme provides many benefits and opportunities. The work-based learning program offers high-quality on-the-job training, paid at a competitive rate with additional benefits. The off the job training is undertaken at Milton Keynes College where you will study to gain an industry-recognised qualification.
Who can apply for a Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeship?
The Niftylift Engineering Training Programme / Apprenticeship Schemes are available for anyone over the age of 16 qualified at GCSE level or have an equivalent Level 2 qualification. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. What can a Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeship lead to?
On successful completion of a Training Programme / Apprenticeship all individuals will have the opportunity to continue their studies, with the possibility (reviewed individually based upon grades and business requirements) of achieving any of the following qualifications:
- HNC (Higher National Certificate)
- HND (Higher National Diploma)
- BSc (Bachelor of Science)
Following successful completion of a 4 Year Training Programme/Apprenticeship there will be various permanent career opportunities within the following Niftylift departments:
- Product Development
- Product Testing
- Product Design
- Production & Manufacturing Engineering
- Quality Assurance

What happens next?
If you are a successful applicant you'll be invited in for an initial interview and assessment at Niftylift. You will also be invited for an interview and assessment at Milton Keynes College. Interviews and Assessments will commence in March 2020.
