Available now via the Support section of the Niftylift website, MyNifty provides a single, dedicated point of reference for owners, operators and service personnel.

By scanning the QR code located on a machine’s serial plate, users are taken directly to the MyNifty page for that specific model. From there, they can access:
- Operating and Safety Manuals
- Service and Parts Manuals
- Technical drawings and schematics
- Error code look-up
- Cage overload override reset codes
- NiftyPRO model-specific video guidance
This makes MyNifty particularly valuable for hire companies and fleet managers, supporting more efficient handovers, improved uptime and faster service response.
