Visitors to the event, at the Kingfisher Golf and Country Club, Deanshanger (near Milton Keynes) can expect to see, "as usual", the complete range of Skyjack and Niftylift equipment with, AI was told, possibly some new product launches.
Newcomer to Access Days is Allan Access, which is showing its "Niftylift-focused" products. They are the 9 m working height V90 boom (usually mounted on a trailer) on a 1.5 t Piagio Porta carrier, a 13 m working height V130 on a Santana (Iveco) 4x4 Mastif (a derivative of the Land Rover Defender) carrier from Spain, and a 14 m working height V140 boom on an Iveco 65C 6.5 t van. Owner Phil Allan told AI that its 10 m outreach is the biggest on a van-mount in the UK.
Niftylift certainly seems keen to make Access Days attractive. According to Tim Ward, Niftylift sales director; "Free parking, food, accommodation. Transport to SED. 'Refreshments' in copious quantities. Evening entertainment. Golf and pool tournaments. All round a jolly good fun two days."
