How to make your Niftylift Hybrid last longer
Understanding how the Hybrid system works is key to getting the most from your machine.

Niftylift’s Hybrid system incorporates a Diesel engine supported by an electric motor, making it more versatile and efficient, as it can work in a wider range of environments.
Its electric-only mode is perfect for indoor use or for locations where a clean, quiet operation is required.

The hybrid mode supports the Diesel engine with an electric motor when extra power is needed and is ideal for outdoor use as it offers maximum power.

Leaving the engine running for 30 minutes after heavy-duty operation will allow the Hybrid’s ‘Diesel ReGen’ system to fast-charge the batteries, so they’re ready for the next operation.
During light use, any excess power from the engine is diverted to charge the batteries, maximising efficiency. This also helps to keep the batteries healthy and ensures there’s energy that’s ready and available for the next heavy-duty task. If the battery charge is 100%, switch to the electric-only mode for all stationary work by switching off the Diesel engine. This is an effective way of reducing fuel consumption.
It’s always a good idea to charge the batteries from a mains source overnight, so they’re conditioned for any type of work the following day. If possible, use the Hybrid system wherever you can instead of the electric-only option to keep the machine’s batteries in peak condition.
Using the right power mode for the right location and taking care of the batteries is the perfect recipe for a healthy Hybrid machine.
