Aiming to break-down traditional engineering stereotypes, Niftylift invited female students interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects from the local community to visit their World Headquarters at Shenley Wood, Milton Keynes to get a glimpse into the world of engineering.
From a tour of the factory to production assembly tasks, students were able to learn about all of the different disciplines that contribute to building a single Niftylift. This was a great opportunity for young females to get insight into possible career opportunities available to them within the design, engineering and manufacturing industries.

An all-female event, Niftylift brought back their inspirational ‘Women in Engineering’ event on the 15th-16th November to encourage young females to study and work in engineering roles.
