The HeightRider 12 Narrow Electric (HR12NE) is part of a new generation of zero-emission, all-electric work platforms from Niftylift.

With the ability to be driven from the cage while elevated, the HR12NE offers an impressive working envelope from a compact, manoeuvrable chassis that’s perfect for narrow-aisle operation. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for working in a wide range of environments, but it’s particularly well suited to industrial locations such as factories and warehouses where space is limited.

Super-efficient all-electric drive motors deliver exceptional power and gradeability, while the compact turning circle ensures easy manoeuvring, even in the tightest areas. Its impressively low overall weight allows it to operate on a wider range of ground surfaces, helping to reduce running costs and emissions while lowering transport costs thanks to easier, more efficient site-to-site transportation.

The HR12NE’s battery system offers outstanding efficiency, delivering up to 75 Standard Duty Cycles (SDCs) or the equivalent of up to 5 days of operation from a single charge. A new Diesel-Electric option is also available, using an on-board engine to charge the batteries on site and extend operational uptime when needed.

Fitted with maintenance-free AGM batteries, the HR12NE includes complete battery monitoring and protection as standard, ensuring optimal performance and long-term reliability. Operators also benefit from on-board diagnostics for quick and easy troubleshooting, and Niftylink^® telematics, which provide real-time data insights for improved fleet management, maintenance scheduling, and operational efficiency.

With a 225kg safe working load (SWL), the HR12NE’s impact-resistant ToughCage can comfortably accommodate two people plus tools, offering more capacity without compromising performance. Fully proportional controls deliver smooth, precise operation, while a telescopic upper boom allows for accurate positioning anywhere within its impressive working envelope.

For added safety, the HR12NE includes Niftylift’s multi-award-winning Sustained Involuntary Operation Prevention System (SiOPS^®), which instantly stops all machine functions if the operator is pushed onto the cage control console by an obstacle, helping to prevent serious injury.
