The HeightRider 17 4-wheel-drive (HR17 4x4) offers one of its class's most impressive working envelopes.
Its compact base allows it to manoeuvre easily in enclosed spaces, and its extremely low overall weight helps to minimise transportation costs.
The HR17 4x4's 1.8m wide ToughCage offers more space for materials and tools and a 150° fly-boom with 180° cage rotation increases accuracy when positioning the cage. The tough, impact-resistant composite base and larger cross-section steel rails of the ToughCage also give additional strength and durability, while the multi-award-winning SiOPS® provides additional operator protection.
The HR17 4x4 is available with two power options, Diesel-only or Hybrid power:
The Diesel-only option incorporates a versatile and efficient EU Stage V-compliant engine to deliver maximum traction and gradeability, making it ideal for rough or uneven ground.
The Hybrid option incorporates a smaller, power-optimised EU Stage V-compliant engine supported by the machine's electric motor for when extra power is needed. This maintains power and performance while reducing fuel consumption for maximum efficiency. In addition to a plug-in mains charger, an innovative 'Diesel Re-Gen' feature also recharges the batteries, giving a 'fast-charge' whenever the machine is idle and the engine is running. In addition, an electric-only mode allows zero-emission operation, making it ideal for indoor use or quiet, clean operation.
All HR17 4x4s manufactured since January 2020 are fitted with Niftylink as standard. Niftylink is a powerful telematics tool that provides data insights on your Niftylift’s health, activity and location.
