Guaranteed starting salary of £26,852 per annum, plus structured overtime paid at premium levels, and weekly bonus!
OTE's of £33,800 including average overtime and bonus payments!
Guaranteed basic hourly starting rate of £11.66 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to £12.70 per hour once signed off at specific skill levels.
Permanent role, ongoing progression encouraged with regular overtime at enhanced rates, plus additional standard monthly bonuses paid each month.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Controller to join one of the world-leading manufacturers of mobile elevated work platforms based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes.

The Logistics Controller will be responsible for accurate stock control and safe handling of materials through goods-in, stores, line feeding, issuing / kitting parts, yard areas, chassis pre-assembly and marshaling, spares / warranty, and stores / development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Efficient organisation and control of allocated logistics tasks, including compliance with health and safety standards, flexibility, and development of skills through the complete stock control process. Plus training of new team members;
- Full compliance with departmental and ISO 45001 procedures, and total quality focus throughout all direct and indirect stages of the stores' process to achieve a quality product aligned with the customer’s specification;
- Maintaining accurate information on the company’s manufacturing system, and ensuring accurate recording of quantities, part identification, and part location.
- Perform stock takes and cycle checks in line with company procedures. All inaccuracies to be highlighted and stock adjustments made, with cause to be identified and prevented from reoccurring;
- Safe operation and compliance with daily maintenance of the company’s forklift trucks;
- Working as a team to achieve customer quality, delivery, cost, and innovation requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Material handling;
- Use of FLT(Flexi/Bendi) and Counterbalance preferable;
- Computer skills to include the use of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook;
- Good communication at all levels within the business as well as with customers is fundamental therefore must have a high standard of spoken and written English.

Working Hours & Salary
Hours will be 08.00 - 16.30 (Monday - Friday) with mandatory structured overtime depending on production requirements.
Guaranteed starting rate of £26,852.80 per annum.
Hourly rate £11.66 per hour x 40 basic hours per week + weekly bonus at a guaranteed minimum of £50 = £26,852.80 per annum.
Level A - Overtime paid at a premium rate of £17.49 per hour (i.e. x 1.5).
Level B – Overtime paid at a premium rate of £23.32 per hour (i.e. x 2.0).
Plus, a monthly bonus aligned to business performance which equates to total payments of £375 to £450 per month on average. This bonus is guaranteed at a minimum of £50 per week.
