+ What is My Nifty?
My Nifty is a special user area on the site containing useful information for anyone who owns or maintains a Niftylift. Content such as Manuals, Technical Drawings, Documentation as well as some other fun things to do are available to anyone with a username and password.
+ How do I register for My Nifty?
1. Click on the Registration page of the My Nifty section of the website.
2. Choose and enter a 'Username' and 'Password' along with your other details into the form and click 'OK'.
3. You will then see the 'Activate Your Account' page asking you for an 'Activation Code' which will be emailed to you shortly after your complete the registration page.
4. Using the 'Activation Code' from the email, enter it into the 'Activate Your Account' page and click on 'OK'.
5. Congratulations, you have are now registered and have access to a number of useful resources within the My Nifty.
Tip - When you next login try clicking on the 'Stay Logged-In' button underneath the Password box and you will not need to Log-In each time you visit the site.
Please Note: Take care with this option if you share your computer as other users will also be able to access to your resources.
+ What is Rental Search?
Rental is a search facility that allows you to find details of rental companies nearest to you with Niftylifts available to rent. To use it, just enter your location in the box and click search. You will then see a map showing you any Niftylifts in your area and the contact details can be found by clicking on the pin.
+ How do I register for Rental Search?
Enter your details into the Rental Registration form, click send, and you'll be added to the searchable list of rental companies.
+ How do I download high resolution photographs?
Go to the Products section and choose the product for which you require photographs.
You can either click on the 'Photos' quick-link at the top of the product page, or scroll down to the Photos gallery on the page. There you will see a green button with a link saying "Download product name Photos" just above the photographs. Click on the link and you can then either open of save a zip file containing the photos at high resolution.
+ How do I download diagrams or videos?
Go to the Products section and choose the product for which you require photographs.
At the top right hand corner of the diagrams section (or videos) there is a button to called "Download Product name diagrams (or videos)". Click on the button and you can download a good quality / high resolution version of what you see on-screen.
+ How do I download technical documents for my Niftylift?
Go to the My Nifty section and click on Drawings & Manuals.
If you know the serial number of your Niftylift, you can use the Serial Number Search feature.
(This is the best method as it will display all technical documentation for your Niftylift including drawings and manuals at the correct issue.)
If you know the drawing number you require, you can use the Drawing Search feature.
(In order to locate the correct drawing you will also need to know the issue number for that drawing.)
If you require a manual (Operating & Safety or Parts), you can use the Manual Search feature.
(In order to locate the correct manual, you will also need to know the issue number for that manual.)
