What are the benefits of a Niftylift Apprenticeship?

The Niftylift Engineering Apprenticeship provides many benefits and opportunities. The work-based learning program offers high quality on-the-job training, whilst studying to gain an industry recognised qualification with the added benefit of being paid.

Who can apply for a Niftylift Apprenticeship?

The Niftylift Engineering Apprenticeship Schemes are available for anyone over the age of 16 qualified at GCSE level or the equivalent, eg. Level 2 NVQ. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, have good manual dexterity and problem solving skills.

What can a Niftylift Apprenticeship lead to?

Successful apprentices will have the opportunity to continue their studies, with the possibility of achieving any of the following qualifications:

  • Diploma
  • B-Tech
  • ONC (Ordinary National Certificate)
  • HNC (Higher National Certificate)
  • BSc (Bachelor of Science Degree)

Career progression to permanent employment opportunities within the following Niftylift departments:

  • Production
  • Logistics
  • Service
  • Product Development
  • Product Design
  • Production & Manufacturing Engineering
  • Purchasing
  • Quality Assurance

If you wish to apply for an Apprenticeship Scheme, send your CV to clearly stating which type of Niftylift Apprenticeship you are interested in applying for:

  • Intermediate Craft
  • Advanced Craft
  • Advanced Technician
  • Higher Senior Technician
