What are the benefits of a Niftylift Apprenticeship?

The Niftylift Engineering Apprenticeship provides many benefits and opportunities. The work-based learning program offers high quality on-the-job training, whilst studying to gain an industry recognised qualification with the added benefit of being paid. 

 

Who can apply for a Niftylift Apprenticeship?

The Niftylift Engineering Apprenticeship Schemes are available for anyone over the age of 16 qualified at GCSE level or have an equivalent Level 2 qualification. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have good manual dexterity and problem solving skills. What can a Niftylift Apprenticeship lead to?

Successful apprentices will have the opportunity to continue their studies, with the possibility (reviewed individually based upon grades and business requirements) of achieving any of the following qualifications:

  • Diploma
  • HNC (Higher National Certificate)
  • HND (Higher National Diploma)
  • BSc (Bachelor of Science)

Career progression to permanent employment opportunities within the following Niftylift departments:
