  • Lower middle salary quartile has 89.2% men and 10.8% women
  • Lower salary quartile has 94.5% men and 5.5% women
  • Women's bonus pay is 70.9% lower (mean) and 29.8% lower (median)
  • 92.9% of men and 93.8% of women received bonus pay
